Noble LLC is a family owned operation with a true family atmosphere. We have just over 100 power units and a very diverse trailer configuration in our fleet. This includes 48', 53' and step decks to serve our customers needs. Noble LLC operates in 48 states while still working hard to accommodate our drivers home time needs. We pay .45 per mile loaded .45 per mile empty or 26% of the load haul with paid individual health insurance. Drivers are paid 100% of tarp pay and $25.00 for each stop off. We also pay 50% of detention and Truck Order Not used after the company gets paid. There are 6 paid Holidays per year, paid vacation after 1 year of continuous employment and birthday dinner reimbursement when away from home on your birthday. We offer direct deposit, wages are reported by W-2 and we also have an Inspection incentive program. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.
