April 04, 2021 Good companyI started with Day & Ross as a line-haul driver in August of 2020. I really wish I could have found this job 20 years ago. The pay is great and my supervisor Scott Lang in Michigan is one of the best. Thanks Day & Ross for a great job! |

April 04, 2021 Good companyI started with Day & Ross in August of 2020. I've been here for 9 months as a line-haul driver and really enjoy it. The pay is great and I work with a lot of good people. May 16, 2018 Good Money, Safe Company!I've been here for 5 weeks as an O/O. I havent found 1 single trailer out of inspection or any reason for it not to pass an inspection. I run dedicated to Massachusetts 3x a week. I make good money. You only get out of your job and life what you put into it. |

May 11, 2018 Love it!I'm a local driver out of Liverpool,NY Great place to work very easy going and laid back setting not always in a rush I have been working here almost 9 months now and I love my job dispatcher is very easy to work with as long as u do what's asked of u as a driver I've been driving 3 years now and been in and out of a few companies but this is by far the best one I have worked for. Thanks A&S Kinard for giving me the opportunity to be a driver with you. |

May 11, 2018 Great place to workGreat place to work. Really does feel like a family. Everyone has been very welcoming, even bumping into co-workers outside of work has been a joy. The technology is pretty up to par with current industry standards and I have everything I need to do my job. The HR department is very friendly and welcoming and has reminded me multiple times they are always there if I need them, which I truly feel it's true. The cross department communication is great and people are very understanding and happy to work with you to ensure protects and deadlines are met. I knew very little about the Trucking Industry before I started and everyone had been very patient and happy to explain things so I'm better able to support them. I believe that the culture of the company is moving in a very positive direction and would recommend A&S Kinard to anyone looking for a place to work, that feels like family. |
