We offer extremely competitive starting pay (70K+ the first year is very possible) and excellent benefits but it's what happens over time that sets us apart. For starters, we don't have an earnings ceiling. You will have the ability to consistently increase your earnings year after year. Also, we are an ESOP, which means you will earn shares in the company. Like the earnings, your shares will continue to grow year after year. When combined with our 401K plan (and match), you should be able to build towards retirement nicely. And yet, with all the tangible benefits, the focus at Nussbaum is still on treating one another professionally, and with respect. Door to Door miles paid (loaded and empty)

Activity Pay - $17 for every, single pick up and delivery
                    $10 for trailer swap when splitting a load with another driver
                    $10 for empty trailer moves when no pick up and/or delivery of any load occurs at the locations

Weekly pay

Weekly Minimum Guarantee: Starts at $1,150 or $1,200, depending on experience. Please note, we view the guarantee as a safety net - you should make well above it most weeks!
