May 11, 2022 CustomerAll the drivers I have met have been amazing, but the customer service on the phone was absolutely terrible. I was on hold for 2 hours 15 minutes. My problem is not for that but for the girl who answered. When she answered she had attitude from the start of the 4 minute call. She had a condescending tone during the phone call. Sounded annoyed to have to answer my phone call. And she did not introduce herself so I unfortunately have no name. When I told her I wanted a BOL emailed to me for the project that hit out docks she asked me for the name of the attending. I asked her to wait a few moments while I went into the warehouse to get the file. I could hear her huffing on the other side. Then a few moments in I hear clicking sound to find out she hung up on me since she had to wait 4 minutes after I had waited almost 2.5 hours. Terrible attitude and horrible customer service. |
