Absolutely terrible service, been here for 5 hrs to get a tire replaced. Keep telling me I’m number 4 in line, but when I walk to the shop there is no one in the tire bay being worked on

Worst place ever

Truck service Department is horrible from the manager Steve down to the employee Shun.My husband went there to get his oil & filter changed, around 2:30 p.m.which turned out to be an nightmare bc Shun stripped the filter and didn't want to own up to what he had done, instead inform me & my husband that he did all he could do & the only thing left for him to do was call a tow truck to tow my husband's truck to their lot or to a dealer,he also stated that he called the manager Steve & he advised him to go ahead and call for the tow.Tow truck arrived a little after 10:00p.m.Steve never spoke to my husband,never encouraged his workers to fix the problem or to even try to compensate my husband.Very SAD & UNPRFOFESSIONAL way to take care of business!!! They're not deserving of a star on either the service or facility!!!
