Filthy and broken. Typical for Pilot /Flying J. Both washers broken, unable to do laundry. Half the shower stalls waiting to be cleaned and 3 of us waiting for maintenance to show up and clean them. Bathrooms dirty and the soap they use doesn't lather unless you get half a dozen pumps of it from the dispenser. I guess with paying $85 million to reimburse some of the trucking companies they stole money from, and the $92 million fine to the government, these types of things will be the norm for Pilot / Flying J.

I hate this truck stop. Drivers park on the fuel island and won't pull forward after fueling or go inside without fueling. The entrance into the parking lot is shared with the exit from the fuel island, so trucks are always cluttered up trying maneuver. The place is trashed, especially the bathrooms.
