Ordered a bunch of stuff including a pack of cigarettes lady at the counter asked me if I wanted everything in a bag and I said yes she left the cigarettes out and I walked out without them. I called to tell them they didn't give me my cigarettes and had the manager, instead of offering any form of apology, take the "what do you want me to do about it" approach. I asked for the name of her manager and she wouldn't give it to me I asked for her name and she hung the phone up on me. It was one thing that there was no coffee at midnight at a truck stop but apparently their customer service is even worse.

Over priced biscuts and gravy...biscut has to fit in cup??no room for gravy?.5.47 if you want biscut outside of cup...manager was polite.gave me my money back...good manager..flyj cares nothing about the driver or his buget..buy youre fuel somwere else

cashier was swearing with the customer in front of me. When I asked for a powerball ticket they told me no...and meant it, had to go somewhere else to get one. very bad customer service.
